Pricing and payment

All prices on www.suzannelustig.com store are given in New Zealand Dollars exclusive of delivery costs.
 We accept payment by direct deposit (from NZ customers only) and all major credit cards. 
Please note www.suzannelustig.com online store has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. Please see the shipping section for more information about delivery costs and delivery dates.



Online process

We must receive payment in full before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched. For more information regarding delivery dates and times please refer to the shipping section below.



Cancellations

Once an online order has been placed you are unable to cancel or alter the order.

Content accuracy

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the product/s is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.



Privacy and security

We are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy.
www.suzannelustig.com will never distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including those who subscribe to our mailing list. The information we collect is used solely to process your order and stay in touch with you.


Joining the www.suzannelustig.com mailing list is optional, although recommended. It will allow us to keep you up to date with the latest info including what’s new in store. If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and you will be removed immediately.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of www.suzannelustig.com without express written permission by us.

Refund policy

Items may be returned to www.suzannelustig.com if they are faulty.
www.suzannelustig.com reserves the right to repair or replace the item/s in the first instance. If repairing or replacing the item/s is not available then a store credit will be issued or a refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account.

If you simply change your mind or your circumstances have changed, www.suzannelustig.com does not have to provide a refund or exchange.
It is at the discretion of www.suzannelustig.com to exchange or credit an item that is unwanted due to a change of heart.



*Please note – The items www.suzannelustig.com sells are handmade. Materials can, therefore, vary in colour, shape and size. These inconsistencies are not deemed faults and claims will only be considered if there are defects in workmanship or defective materials. Claims due to damage by negligence, accident or unreasonable use will not be recognised.
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all descriptions, images and other information displayed but the customer must acknowledge there may be variations in product or materials. If there are any major changes to the product the customer has ordered, www.suzannelustig.com will discuss other options with the customer.
